Refund Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must apply to your request:

  • Submit refund request within the specified period from the purchase date
  • Measurement has not been taken
  • Report or final certificate has not been downloaded
  • Valid reason or use of 7 day guarantee
  • Refund not accepted if coupon or promotional discount was used
  • Refund not accepted for purchases made during Flash Sale offers
