• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone else
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account
• Do not create more than one account for the same person without prior permission
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account

The platform offers free and paid plans, Regarding paid plans:

• Billing: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew on the same day each month unless you cancel within 24 hours of the renewal date
• Prices: Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days prior notice to current subscribers
• Refund: You have the right to request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription if you have not used the service
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and access remains available until the end of the current billing period

The following uses of the platform are prohibited:

• Violating any laws or regulations in any country
• Publishing or transmitting any abusive, harmful, fraudulent or misleading content
• Attempting unauthorized access to platform systems or other users data
• Using automated tools to extract data or measurements artificially
• Sharing measurement questions or content with third parties in any way

All content on the platform, including assessments, questions, reports, designs, text, and software, is the exclusive property of the AI Scale platform or is licensed to it, and is subject to Intellectual Property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the platform only for your authorized personal or organizational purposes
• You may not copy, modify, distribute or sell any content from the platform without prior written permission
• Personal measurement reports you receive are for your personal use only and may not be republished commercially
• Your results and personal information remain your property according to the privacy policy

Platform services are provided as is and to the extent permitted by law:

• Measurement results are indicative measures based on your answers and do not constitute certificates or formal qualifications
• We do not guarantee that your measurement results will achieve specific employment or professional outcomes
• We are not responsible for any indirect or incidental losses resulting from platform use
• We strive to maintain platform availability at 99,5% but do not guarantee absolute continuity

The contractual relationship can be terminated by either party:

• By you: You can delete your account at any time from account settings or by contacting support
• By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for operational reasons with prior notice
• Upon account termination, access to paid services ends immediately or at the end of the current billing period
• You have the right to obtain a copy of your data before final deletion within 30 days

These terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the country of contract, In case of any dispute:

• First, an attempt is made to resolve the dispute amicably within 30 days of formal notice
• If amicable resolution fails, the dispute is referred to commercial arbitration according to the rules of the commercial arbitration body in the country of contract
• The competent courts of the country of contract are the appropriate judicial authority to consider any disputes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, When making material changes:

• We will notify you via your registered email 30 days prior to the effective date of the Amendments.
• A clear notice outlining the changes will be displayed on the platform Home.
• Your continued use of the platform after the Amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of them.
• If you do not agree to the Amendments, you have the right to terminate your account before they take effect.
